We specialize in casual chat, video games, obscure video watchalongs, game shows, and comedy skits, all with a focus on you, the viewer. No bouncers, no invite list, and you’re all VIPs. We here at 3AM love our fans, and want to give them the ability to make content related to us. To protect our talent, we humbly ask you to follow these guidelines when making derivative works.
- 1.Please no derivative works that our team members would find distasteful.
- 2.Please keep the creation of derivative works as a hobby, not a business.
- 3.While it is acceptable to sell derivative works relating to 3AM and its talents, please do so as an individual and a fan, not as a business. High production numbers, sales price, and nature of work are our metrics for determining what is acceptable for the sale of a derivative work.
- 4.Any business or event that wants to sell merchandise relating to 3AM must first get approval from 3AM's management team.
- 5.Please comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the terms and rules of any relevant platforms.
